DELUXE KIT (Includes Complete Kit option with the following upgrades)

1. 8" round logs replace the steel support columns for main beam in basement.

2. The log sizes are increased to 12" round double tongue and groove pine.

3. The 5/8 sub floor sheathing has now changed to plywood.

4. The ½ roof sheathing has now changed to plywood.

5. All windows and exterior doors are upgraded with exterior aluminum clad.

6. The roofing material is now upgraded to a colored metal roof or architectural shingles. Eaves starter is also included.

7. All interior dividing wall covering will be increased to 1x8 tongue and groove pine.

8. All ceiling finish material will be increased to 1x6 tongue and groove pine.

9. Fascia will be changed to coloured aluminium flat stock.

10. Aluminium pre-finish vented soffit replaces the pine soffit and aluminium vent strips.

11. Interior doors will be knotty pine colonial doors.

12. 2nd floor balconies are to be cedar or pine.

13. Patio doors will be of natural pine construction with pre-finished exterior aluminium cladding.
